It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs Brigid Field, the wife of the late Stan Field. She passed away peacefully in hospital last night surrounded by her family.

She will be greatly missed by everyone, she was one in a million.

We are still operating as normal today , because that’s what she would have wanted…

in her own words ‘the show must go on’ and it certainly will.

We’re thrilled to announce the arrival of the first-ever Volvo FH Aero to the JJ Field fleet a milestone moment for this family-run transport business, proudly established in 1922.

The new addition is equipped with our 13-litre 500hp engine, satellite navigation, and the Drive Extended Comfort Package. It features a single bunk and is DVS compliant, ensuring both comfort and compliance on the road.

We would like to extend our thanks to the team at JJ Field for their confidence in Hartshorne and the Volvo product.
