Please only use a licensed taxi. The stewards will be in direct contact with Police & CCTV operators.

World cup Scotland game.

This weekend we see our first world cup games in a very long time and what a rubbish time for it to be at. Many of you this will be your first ever Scottish world cup game 💪🏻.

If your in a pub for the game this weekend be sure to pre book your taxi to ensure you get home after the game. Priority will be given to pre booked customers after 0400 and we are already starting to see several bookings come in.

Further to the reports last night of a driver claiming to be one of our drivers we have now updated our website which will now show our driver and their car.

We will not allow others to claim they work with us when they don't. We have a certain structure in place for any driver to ensure they fit what we require and what the business needs.

Any driver who tells you they work for a company if you've not booked a taxi is simply trying to poach ! We find this with drivers running on a white plate or yellow plate ( private hire within Dumfries )

Our drivers will never sit around the streets and try to encourage you to get their car. We will look to adding one final extra measure for our drivers which we will announce very soon.

And if you do happen to get a taxi from someone who claims to be one of our drivers remember we have a specific booking system in our cars that most customers know.

Hailing one of our cars off the street , our driver firstly has to type in address of your destination before he can move then pricing will start. See screen shots below as an example. Should a driver have anything looking different to this then they do not work with us !
