Good Luck to our friends Stanley Peddlers tomorrow! 🚴‍♂️

Congratulations to our Ambassador - Andrew Scott, Director of Stanley Travel who completed the Outlaw Triathlon Ironman 70.3 last weekend!
Andrew is now amazingly joining the team of cyclists from Stanley Travel , Stanley Taxis , Stanley Coaches, and Durham City Taxis, this weekend as they are once again swapping horse power for peddle power, and cycling from Siloth to Tynemouth on the Hadrian Cycle Route.
They will set off on Saturday 24th May 2025 from Siloth, via Carlisle; Brampton, Kielder, & Bellingham before arriving in Tynemouth on Monday 26 May 2025.
In total, cycling around 225 km and climbing over 8100 feet of hills!

“We are hoping to raise at least £2000.00 for an incredible local charity close to our hearts, "Heel & Toe Children's Charity".

Got to love it when a car transporter arrives in the depot to deliver 4 brand new Toyota Corollas 😊
These latest additions to the fleet are Euro 6 Hybrid’s, and will allow us to remove the last of the old Euro 5 diesel taxis from our fleet.
Look out for first one on the roads from Wednesday!

The Newcastle Clear Air Zone starts on Monday 30th January 2022.
So if you’re booking a taxi and planning to go to Newcastle, please make sure you tell us where in Newcastle you’re going!
That we we know not to send one of the few taxis and private hire cars we still have that aren’t able to go into the Clean Air Zone.

You won’t be charged extra for fares to or from the CAZ, so if you need a taxi please call 01207230000 to book!
