Charlotte’s Taxis – Cancellation Policy

To secure transportation bookings, Charlotte’s Taxis may require a deposit.

Deposit Refunds and Cancellation Fees

* Deposits of £200 or less are fully refundable if the booking is cancelled at least 36 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
* For bookings with a deposit exceeding £200, a £50 cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit if the booking is cancelled at least 36 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
* Any remaining balance of the deposit, after the £50 cancellation fee has been deducted, will be refunded to the customer.
* Cancellations made less than 36 hours before the scheduled pick-up time may result in the deposit being retained in full.
* Refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.

By placing a booking and paying a deposit, customers agree to the terms of this cancellation policy. Charlotte’s Taxis reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
