Weβre looking for a reliable, confident and organised Taxi Office Operator to join our team in Falkirk.
π· Pay: Above the National Minimum Wage
π Shift Pattern:
β’ Dayshifts
β’ Backshifts
β’ 7-day operation, including weekends
β’ Full and Part Time hours available
π» Your role will include:
β’ Taking and managing customer bookings
β’ Overseeing the dispatch of jobs to drivers using modern booking software
β’ Answering calls and dealing with customer enquiries
β’ Coordinating drivers and keeping the office running smoothly
β’ Providing friendly, professional customer service
β’ General office and booking administration
β Weβre looking for someone who:
β’ Is confident using computers and modern booking systems
β’ Has excellent communication skills
β’ Can remain calm and organised in a busy environment
β’ Is reliable and punctual
β’ Works well independently and as part of a team
Experience in a taxi office or dispatch environment is an advantage, but full training can be provided for the right person.
