Albies Taxis

🌟 Proud to be one of Great Yarmouth’s leading local employers!

With a fleet of 240 vehicles, well over 100,000 journeys completed every month, and more than 30 years at the heart of this community, Albies Taxis is so much more than a taxi company - we’re one of Norfolk’s biggest local success stories.

And we’re still growing! We’re always on the lookout for great people to join the Albies family. We’re often recruiting for:

🚖 Taxi Drivers
🚌 School Drivers
📞 Operators
🔧 Mechanics

Whether you’re looking for a fresh start or a new challenge, there could be a place for you with us. Visit albies-taxis.co.uk/work-for-albies to find out more, or give us a call on 01493 33 1111.

Remember the Beast from the East? It's hard to believe it'll be 9 years ago this coming February! ❄️

But even when Great Yarmouth ground to a halt under heavy snow, Albies Taxis kept going. While conditions were treacherous and demand doubled, our drivers were out there getting people to where they needed to be - including those with vital medical appointments.

That’s the Albies difference. Whatever the weather, we’re here for you. 🚖

Two of the main taxi firms in Great Yarmouth are still operating but warning of waits of up to two hours.
