🚛 WE'RE HIRING – CLASS 1 LOW LOADER DRIVER / LORRY MOUNTED CRANE OPERATIVE 🚛
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Class 1 HGV Low Loader Driver & Lorry Mounted Crane Operative to join our growing family-run business based in Horncastle, Lincolnshire.
This is a varied role with plenty of opportunity to get stuck in, including:
🔹 Step-frame low loader work
🔹 Abnormal loads
🔹 Lorry mounted crane operations
🔹 Agricultural & construction machinery movements
🔹 Site work across the UK
🔹 Increasing opportunities for international work
We’re looking for someone with previous HIAB experience, although we’re happy to consider the right person who is keen to learn and has the right attitude.
👷 The right person will:
✅ Have good common sense
✅ Be hardworking and willing to put a full shift in
✅ Be able to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Take pride in looking after vehicles and trailers
✅ Have a practical, problem-solving approach
✅ Be adaptable and able to think outside the box
✅ Be flexible about working away during the week
Monday–Friday away from home work is required, with occasional short-notice weekend work during busy periods. We always try to keep this to a minimum.
