Controller positions available to join our busy 24/7 call centre in Johnstone
Job Requirements/Responsibilities:
• Experience in taxi industry with previous dispatch/control role in taxi call centre would be advantage.
• Proficient in workings and control of taxi booking system
• Management of workload and dispatching of jobs to drivers
• Effective Communication with public/customers/account holders/staff and drivers
• Dealing with any driver issues
• Oversee feedback management of agents
• PC Administration work competence, ensuring key information is logged.

The candidates:
• Confident, polite, clear and empathetic communication
• Highest level of Accuracy and Attention to detail

This role would include nightshift therefore applicants must be over 18 years old to apply.

16 hours with extra cover due to staff holidays.

Minimum wage and additional pay for weekend nightshift allowance
