It's been quite some time since we've posted about something like this. The two pictures you see here were taken just days apart, and they both ate the same vehicle. This evening, between 7 and 8 PM, one of our taxi drivers had their car egged outside Oakworth Park. Tragically, this is the second incident involving this driver in just a few days. If your children were in the park around that time, we urge you to speak with them about this behavior. It's completely unacceptable, and now the driver has to take time off work to clean the mess, which is truly unfortunate. With the rising cost of living, eggs are not cheap. Instead of wasting them, please consider donating any you might have to a food bank where they can truly make a difference for those who are struggling. Let's be mindful and help those in need!

Please be advised that there may be temporary road closures starting tomorrow by The Albert Pub roundabout to the end of Cavendish Street from 12.45pm to 2:30pm tomorrow 5th June. They have signs by the Albert roundabout stating this. Please expect major traffic and major delays in getting taxis.

We’re aware that our contact number on Google is currently showing incorrectly as a London number. Please rest assured that we are actively working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

This change was not done by us and every time we change the number to one of our business landline number it changes back to the london number.

Please note that the number 020 4576 6517 listed on Google is not affiliated with Oxford Taxis in any way nor are some of the pictures posted on there.

We have had a few customers who have rang that number to book a taxi and are getting through to some call centre in london telling them its oxford taxis and taking there bookings in and we dont know nothing about it.

Our correct number will be restored ASAP. In the meantime, please use our usual contact methods or message us directly here if needed.
