A mixed bag of work this week.
Delivered garment props for a 2 day studio shoot to W3 from Newcastle.
Collected the same garments 2 days later and returned them back to Newcastle.
Then cut across to Blackburn to collect a easel prop, then to Solihull to collect a antique towel rack and deliver both to N8.
Loaded small props from N8 & SW9 and delivered to a location shoot near Newton Abbot.
Return load of a 4poster bed from Dorchester back to N8.
Whilst doing the SW9 collection my van decided not to start. Called out RAC.
While waiting a traffic warden came up and started to issue me a parking ticket at 10.07am. I showed him the text from RAC telling me they would be with me at 10.12am.
Bastard still gave me a ticket..£80 down the drain....

For years l have travelled up & down the A1 to Newcastle & Scotland, going past the Angel of the North, but never had the time to stop and take a close look.
Well today l had a bit of time on my side in-between two Newcastle jobs and took a stop at this land mark structure.
Although it's steel, the craftsmanship that has gone into this beautiful piece of art is stunning.
There's free parking, No time limit but No W/C, but to my vice's a Mr Whippy ice cream van.. Perfect

As you can see, l only employ people with the name Nigel.....

All jokes a side, this is what being an owner driver is like, you have to cover everything and your job is never finished,, there's always something to do.

So Nigel, l want to say a special thankyou to you.....Well done
l don't know what l would do with out you.....
