Well, the World Cup adventures are over, the kilt has been hung back up, and it’s time for me to swap World Cup Fever for Back-to-School Fever! 😂🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

That means Ken Kelvin Cars are looking for a few new drivers to join our team.

🍫 And remember… this job isn’t just for Yorkie eaters!

We’d genuinely love to welcome more lady drivers into the Ken Kelvin Cars team too — and we’re pretty sure the ladies can tackle a Yorkie just as well as the men! 😂🍫

We’re looking for friendly, reliable and professional people to drive our vehicles and help transport our wonderful pupils safely to and from school each day.

💷 £14.00 PER HOUR
⏰ Approximately 10–15 hours per week
🚕 Morning & afternoon school runs
🎒 Transporting some absolutely brilliant pupils
🚘 Drive one of our fantastic Ken Kelvin Cars vehicles
👍 Ideal for anyone looking for part-time hours

🚌 ALREADY HAVE A PSV LICENCE?

Even better — we definitely want to hear from you!

If you already hold a PSV licence, we have a fantastic fleet of minibuses and larger vehicles and can certainly put that licence to good use.

This could be ideal for someone semi-retired, working around family commitments, or simply looking to earn some extra money without committing to a full working week.

For us, though, it’s not just about finding drivers — it’s about finding the right people.

You need to be reliable, patient and friendly and understand that transporting children to school is about much more than simply getting from A to B.

For some of our pupils, you’re the first friendly face they see in the morning and the person who gets them home safely at the end of their school day. ❤️

We take that responsibility extremely seriously, while still having a friendly team and enjoying what we do.

So whether you’re a Yorkie-eating gentleman, a Yorkie-tackling lady, or you’ve got a PSV licence sitting there that deserves to be put back to work…

With rising fuel costs, increasing operating expenses and ever-growing airport parking and drop-off charges, these increases have unfortunately become unavoidable.

Some days in this job are absolutely mental…

Started off in beautiful Ballachulish, headed down the road for not one but two weddings, then finished the day at Celtic Park for a big night of boxing. 🥊💍💍☘️

One minute you’re loading wedding guests, the next you’re dropping fight fans at Paradise. From castles and country estates to packed stadiums and everything in between, no two days are ever the same.
