It's been a hectic week of moves and surveys here at CVM Transport!

We started the week with a two-van house move from Fossdyke to Washingborough, followed by a large three-van move near Gainsborough that saw the whole team involved. To make things even more memorable, we got caught in a thunderstorm while unloading!

Alongside our house moves, we also successfully relocated a 400kg safe, as well as completing a variety of single-item and smaller moves throughout the week.

We rounded off the week today with a move in Spalding, with the keys handed over by 1pm for a change – always a nice way to finish a Friday!

A huge thank you to our fantastic team for all their hard work this week, and to our customers for trusting us to move their belongings safely and professionally.

Another busy few days for the team! 🚚🏡

On Thursday, we completed a local move within Welton. The vans were loaded by 12pm before heading over to the customer's new home. After collecting the keys and waiting until 4pm for completion, we got both Luton vans unloaded and everything safely into place.

Today, we helped a lovely couple move from Horncastle to their stunning new property in Marshchapel. The move was completed smoothly, with all furniture assembled and positioned as requested. The team was back home in Lincoln by 3:30pm after another successful day.

We ended the week with a recommendation from an estate agent and an early morning trip to Boston to load up.

From there, we made the 3-hour journey to Manchester, taking in the stunning sights of the Pennines along the way. Once we arrived, we unloaded, set everything up at the new property, and then headed back to Lincoln, finally getting home at 8pm.

Completion move completed today in Kirton near Boston, Lincolnshire. The house was fully loaded into 2 vans by 11:30am, followed by the short 1-mile drive to the new property — then came the 3-hour wait for the keys to be released by the property developer! Thankfully the lads made the most of the sunshine and topped up the tans while waiting ☀️

Packing and completion move completed! ✅📦

Yesterday we packed the client’s belongings and organised everything ready to make the move run smoothly, aiming to be out by 1pm.

Today we were fully loaded by 12pm in Scotter, followed by a 3½ hour wait in Bottesford while the solicitors finalised the sale before we could unload the belongings.

Tomorrow the team heads to Boston for another move! 🚚

A steady start to the week for us this Monday.

Today we combined two properties into one — starting with packing and moving large furniture from Washingborough to North Hykeham, before heading into Lincoln city centre to load up a flat on the High Street for the second part of the move, all delivered safely to the same property.

Another busy day doing what we do best, and it’s great to see more people across Lincolnshire trusting us with their moves. The diary is filling up fast with quotes and removals, and we’re proud to be quickly becoming a go-to removal company in Lincoln. 🚚📦

A busy end to the week for the team with a move from Bardney to Riseholme — 2 vans packed by 11:30am and unloaded at the new home by 2pm, all in time for another sold property that needed to be vacated by 1pm.

Yesterday, we also completed a half-day move from Winterton to Scunthorpe, relocating all large furniture from one rental property to another.

A huge thank you to our team for their hard work this week. Over the last 4 days, we’ve successfully moved approximately 6,000 cubic feet of furniture, helping keep our clients’ moves straightforward and stress-free.

Things have been full-on for us and our clients over the past couple of days!

Yesterday saw 4 van loads moved into 400 sqft of storage at Wigwam Storage, relocating from Bracebridge Heath. Today started off wet, but it quickly turned into an all-hands-on-deck completion move — with 3 vans fully loaded before 1pm in Burgh le Marsh, then unloaded in Spilsby with the keys handed over straight away. To top it off, the sun finally made an appearance too. ☀️🚐📦

Another busy week of moves across Lincolnshire! 🚐

We covered:
• Rustington ➝ Lincoln
• Lincoln ➝ Cleethorpes
• Final completion near Market Rasen

Yesterday was a big one — two vans fully loaded by 12pm, ready to go… but then came the wait. Keys weren’t released until 5pm after a delayed completion, turning it into a long and tense day for everyone involved.

At one point, it looked like the whole chain might collapse. We were already putting contingency plans in place to support our client and reduce the stress if things didn’t go through. Thankfully, everything completed at the very last minute 🙌
