Did you know? From October 2021- All existing and new Private Hire Drivers are required to pass a Safety, equality and regulatory understanding assessment in order to keep, renew or obtain their PCO Licence!

The test is meant to assess your knowledge of safety rules.
It is a computer-based exam that will be taken at TFL offices. The format will include multiple choice questions and completing sentences (drag & drop).

If you have your licence TFL will book you in for the exam.
