📢 An Important Update to Our Customers
First of all, we’d like to thank all our customers for your continued support and for choosing us for your journeys.
Unfortunately, due to the current economic climate, rising diesel prices and the increase in parking charges at East Midlands Airport, we have had to make the difficult decision to increase our prices.
This is not a decision we have taken lightly. We have worked hard to keep our fares as low as possible and have held off increasing our prices for as long as we possibly could, absorbing rising costs wherever we could.
However, with operating costs continuing to rise, we have reached a point where we can no longer sustain these increases without making adjustments to our fares.
We understand that any price increase is unwelcome, especially with the cost of living affecting everyone, and this decision has not been made without careful consideration.
We remain committed to providing you with a reliable, professional and friendly private hire taxi service, whether you're travelling locally, heading to work, or booking an airport transfer to or from East Midlands Airport and beyond.
