🚗⚡ Can you really drive 300 miles in a Tesla without range anxiety?

In this latest episode, Tesla Dave ( David Hunter ) takes on a nearly 300-mile road trip from Nottingham Plymouth, starting with just 37% battery.

The interesting part isn't simply the distance, it's how little planning is actually required.

Tesla's onboard navigation calculates charging stops, continuously updates the estimated arrival charge and takes real-world driving conditions into account.

After six years of driving electric, David's view is simple: the technology should take care of the calculations so you can concentrate on the journey.

And naturally, the trip includes a few important British priorities along the way:

After six years of driving a Tesla, Tesla Dave (David Hunter) swaps the EV for his Range Rover and heads to Romania.

And it's fair to say... going back to a diesel takes some getting used to! 😂

From driver assistance and the Tesla app to the simple things like starting the car, locking the doors and finding a fuel station, the comparison highlights the growing gap between traditional vehicles and EVs.

Dave also recognises where the Range Rover still has the edge, particularly when it comes to comfort, interior quality and long-distance driving.
