Vessel Master (Skipper)
Responsibilities
- Safe command and navigation of company vessels.
- Management and supervision of crew members.
- Voyage planning and ex*****on.
- Compliance with all company, MCA and statutory requirements.
- Vessel maintenance oversight and reporting.
- Client liaison and project support.
Essential Qualifications & Certifications
Applicants must hold:
✅ RYA Yachtmaster (Commercially Endorsed) or equivalent or Master 200
✅ ENG1 Medical
✅ First Aid at Sea
✅ Fire Fighting
✅ Personal Survival & Social Responsibilities (PSSR)
✅ Sea Survival
✅ Small Ships Navigation & Radar
✅ Small Ships Radar & Meteorology
✅ Restricted Operator's Certificate (ROC)
Desirable
⭐ AEC1 (Approved Engine Course 1)
⭐ Previous workboat, survey vessel, offshore wind, crew transfer vessel (CTV) or commercial marine experience
⭐ Strong leadership and communication skills

Deckhand (Crew)
Responsibilities
- Assisting with vessel operations and deck duties.
- Mooring, towing and cargo handling.
- Vessel maintenance and housekeeping.
- Supporting the Skipper in safe and efficient vessel operations.
- Maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
Essential Qualifications & Certifications
Applicants should hold:
✅ RYA Powerboat Level 2 (PB2)
✅ ENG1 Medical
✅ First Aid
✅ Fire Fighting
✅ Personal Survival & Social Responsibilities (PSSR)
✅ Sea Survival
✅ Small Ships Navigation & Radar
✅ Small Ships Radar & Meteorology
✅ Short Range Certificate (SRC)
Desirable
