So we’ve made reporting lost property a little simpler.

You can now report a missing item directly through the Silvertown app, including:

📸 A photo of the item
🚕 Your journey details
🔢 Job number
📞 Your contact details

It gives our team and drivers the information they need to help reunite you with your belongings as quickly as possible.
