Unfortunately, I will be stepping away from taxi work for the time being due to an incident that occurred in my taxi with a customer. This has set me back, and I’m unable to carry on right now.
My little girl is really looking forward to spending some much-needed time with her mummy over the Christmas period, and my focus needs to be with my family at this time. We are hopeful that in the new year I will be able to return.

If anyone currently has bookings with me, please could you message me so I can help arrange alternative transportation through a trusted service.

If anyone has been unable to get hold of me recently, I sincerely apologise. The incident has had an impact on my family life, and I appreciate your understanding and patience.

Last night, I met the kindest family — their daughter reminded me so much of mine. We had a lovely chat on the way home, and when we arrived, they asked me to pull into a petrol station. To my surprise, they filled my taxi’s tank completely!
They thanked me for getting their daughter home safely and said they’d never experienced that kind of care before.
I’m honestly overwhelmed by their kindness and the amazing support I’ve received. Thank you to everyone for the encouragement — it truly means a lot.
Today, I’ll be paying that kindness forward. 💛
