🚍 We’re Recruiting – Driver & Passenger Assistant Team 🚍

Due to new school transport contracts starting this September, we’re looking for an experienced Driver and Passenger Assistant to join our team.

Ideally, we’re looking for a team who have worked together before and are already experienced in home-to-school transport. A current Pembrokeshire taxi badge is preferred, so you’re ready to get started straight away.

If you already work in school transport and fancy a change, we’d love to hear from you. We’re happy to welcome an established driver and passenger assistant team looking for a fresh start.

After our last recruitment drive we had 3 excellent drivers join the Matts Cabs team, and we’re pleased to say they’ve all settled in well and are enjoying their new roles.

Due to continued demand for our school transport contracts, we are now looking to recruit additional drivers to join our growing team.

This is term-time work with regular routes, ideal for someone reliable who enjoys working with children.

Taxi licence preferred, but guidance can be given if you are looking to obtain one.

Sunday… they say it’s a day of rest.

It’s a full day of cleaning buses, getting the fleet spotless and ready for the week ahead — plus our first transfer of the month already picked up and on their way.

No rest, no excuses… just keeping Pembrokeshire moving. That’s the way we roll!

Just about to head off on our last long trip of the month — and what a month it's been! It's definitely been our busiest start to the year so far for Matts Cabs. oo
We're also pleased to be welcoming two new drivers starting on Monday as the team continues to grow.
A big thank you to all our customers for your continued support, to our drivers for their hard work, and to our young lads who keep the buses clean and ready — it's a real team effort that makes it all come together.
