Well been doing this job 23yrs now and treat my customers like friends and family.This morning called for one of my mature customers as usual from her house,5mins had gone by and no sign of her,blinds still shut and no reply on house or mobile.i started to panic knocked neighbours doors but kept ringing phones then one neighbour had an ex neighbours number who had a spare key.he came down and entered house I was thinking the worst but they heard her voice,she had fallen in bathroom and had been on floor since 6.30am thankfully she was shaken but not hurt but was exhausted .I got a bit emotional hearing her voice and after a while myself and neighbour got her up tears running down my face but happy tears and thort if I hadn't cared so much about my customers she might not av been found and God knows wat might av happend.she was so thankful and she ad tears aswell but wanted to post this to show us taxi drivers do care about our customers

Just to let all my customers know i am still operating for key workers NHS staff and care workers who are at the front of this virus and will continue till goverment say otherwise.

Would like to wish all my customers new and old a merry xmas and happy new year.All year i get up at silly hours of day and night and sometimes think is it all worth it when the car goes down and you pay out stupid money to get it back on road,but xmas comes and your customers show their appreciation with xmas tips and you think would a rewarding job i do.
A lot of you are not just customers you have grown into good friends and when you get a call that ive been recommended coz of my service qualities it makes this job so rewarding so a big thank u to u all and look forward to 2019 where we do it all over again and take the pressures off u of travelling to the airport on time or just nipping to town for shopping.

it`s that time of year again guys and dolls.........xmas and new year.
just think twice about taking the car and saying "i only have 2 pints or a glass or 2 of wine.think of the consequences if you get pulled over.
