👉Ive listened to the feedback and going forward all vehicles will now have complimentary Water & travel sweets. ( I use to offer this but margins have got a lot lot tighter in recent years)
👉I believe I already offer the very best communication service compared to many local firms, I always keep in touch prior too your booking and usually answer any query within hours even when working a 18 hour day 😅 but to take this even further, as well as your usual pre departure message from me, you will now also Receive a text message 24hrs before your booking, also you will Receive a text 24 hours before your pick up from the Airport whilst your abroad with any details/ updates etc. Please bare with me whilst the system works out any bugs 🐛 😀
👉Pricing in Recent weeks I have seen written quotations from other local firms on what they charge for their services. I can tell you I am way under charging and this simply cant continue, unless I start charging close to the market rates this business is or will become unsustainable, if I am to keep making the above improvements, invest £40,000 in new minibuses like i did in January this year then I need to become profitable and start charging closer to the market prices. Yes you will ALWAYS get a local idiot who will do it cheaper, but remember your not just paying for my services, your paying for my experience and hopefully professionalism and you are supporting LOCAL FAMILY BUSINESSES, That uses local fuel supliers,local mechanics etc. There is a saying charge what your worth and hopefully im worth a FAIRIER price 😀
👉Finally I know times are hard, I will do all I can to help with payment of the transfers, you can now even pay with KLARNA flexible payment options 😉
