🎉 16 YEARS! 🎉
Today we're celebrating Colin, who has been part of the ILC team since 2010!
As our Goods In / Dispatch Operative, Colin is responsible for keeping track of everything coming onto our 11-acre site, as well as directing the many, many vehicles that pass through our premises. It's a job that takes plenty of organisation, awareness and, no doubt, a fair bit of patience! 🚛
Colin is also a real team player, something he proved last year when he took on the rather important role of Drummer Boy for our Dragon Boat team! 🥁🚣♂️
And when we say took on the role, we mean it! Colin had to balance himself on what was an incredibly slim piece of wood at the front of the boat, keep everyone in time with the beat AND somehow remain in the boat... and thankfully, he managed all three! 😂
Away from work, Colin enjoys relaxing at home and getting out on his motorbike when he gets the chance. 🏍️
Thank you, Colin, for 16 years of hard work, your chirpiness, your humour and, most importantly, for always being a good sport! Here's to the next one! 👏🎉
