Unfortunately due to a medical incident the 17:15 service 37 to Retford is going to be heavily delayed, as our bus acts as an ambulance and gets the patient to Newark hospital (since the ambulance will take 'anything up to three hours' to get to them!)

Please bear with us, we will be with you as soon as possible but this is likely to also delay the 18:20 departure from Retford.

A day in the life of a coach driver isn’t just driving!

Yesterday we had some of our experienced drivers undergo their annual lift training refresher course.

As we strive for continuous development at Marshall’s we feel it is important to ensure all staff are routinely familiarised and made confident with different procedures we come across in our day to day work, with lift training being just one of those.

Main Street in Sutton on Trent is currently blocked by a wide load, near to the Lord Nelson Sutton-on-Trent, services 37 and 38 will have to use Palmer Road and will not be able to call at the Grangefield bus stop until the wide load has been removed. Passengers using this stop should go to the bus stops at Floral Villas instead.

As this month comes to an end, we take a look back on another busy month. Our drivers have taken customers on holidays and day trips around the country. It was also our time to shine at the 70th UK Coach Rally in Blackpool. In the final judging we were honoured to be awarded Best VDL and Best Uniform. Even our older vehicles, owned by Mr John Marshall, enjoyed a trip out to Delaines Buses for their Heritage Running Day.
