This morning between the hours of 04:30 and 06:00 there was power cuts in parts of the Newcastle area which effected us.

Due to this some customers may have been effected with taxis not been on time as we had no access to the computers while the electric was off.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Due to the weather conditions we are unable to accept bookings right now as it is to dangerous for our drivers.

Anybody that has already pre booked with us we will not be able to meet your needs and we will need to cancel your booking.
