Recently as a small business we’ve had moves on where the customer hasn’t been entirely honest with us and has added extra items despite our contract saying this could involve extra charges.
We’ve wavered the charges recently as we want to work with people and make the move as less stressful as possible.
Going forward we still want to provide an excellent cost efficient service but we will start to bring in these charges.
We’ve even had customers offer to pay extra then not bother when we’ve done the work, this isn’t meant as a rant we just want people to see how we believe we should operate our business.
