During the Covid-19 crisis we have been able to continue to support NHS and local businesses and organisations who are still working.

We are continuing our GP Pathology collections and have increased our workload to include extra regular NHS hospital to hospital same day collection and deliveries.

We have re-wriitten our routes re- scheduled our runs and recruited more couriers!!!

Our extra - 24/7 NHS courier service was up and running within 4 hours of the request.

A massive thank you to our traffic consultant Alistair Malkin for coordinating this event. 👏

Another change to our rapid response service is that our CEO Chris Malkin is on his bike and has joined his team of couriers on the road.

We are happy to report that all services are running smoothly and we are pleased to be able to support the front line workers in this way.

During the past 24 hours we have scaled up significantly to enable us to support the NHS at this time.

We are providing a 24 hour courier service between NHS hospitals in Newcastle.

Our couriers will run an on the hour shuttle service 24/7 seven days a week.

This service began last night and will continue for as long as needed.
