To the customer that's handed our driver a fake £5 note as payment last night, please remember that we have no issues handed this and your information to the police.

We don't work day and night for you to do this to the drivers.

We are much busier than normal, please be bare with us, we are answering the calls as quickly as its possible.

Should you no longer require a taxi you've booked, please have the decency and cancel that booking.

Too many people are booking taxis and then not requiring them, this is extremely frustrating.
Not only does it keep self employed drivers hanging around waiting, we cannot take more bookings, but more importantly you are costing drivers money.

Repeat offenders will end up blacklisted.
