A huge thank you to Jason, Lance,Jordan, Sophie and Ben for everything relating to my move a week ago. Jason and Lance were reassuring about the amount of stuff to move from my 5 bed house to a smaller house and - unlike competitors - did not dwell on it being a ‘big job’. Nothing was too much trouble and they organised the move so that there was not a load of pressure on the day of the move itself. The quote was competitive and fair and I was provided with lots of packing material well in advance to get started.
As a team, they stayed happy and motivated throughout and were reassuring at all points. They were efficient and careful and all my possessions were well protected. Sophie did a great job packing beautifully, Lance was especially lovely about moving a large and intricate piece of furniture into a different place when it didn’t quite fit in where I had hoped, Jordan took down some items I had forgotten about and kept checking I was ok and Ben was generally really helpful. They all had good empathy for what it’s like to go through such a massive life change. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them all and felt a little sad when it was all over that I wouldn’t see them tomorrow!
