We are a family run taxi business who have been part of the taxi industry since 2010. Our work includes local, national and corporate customers and we cover all the major airports, ferry ports and cities throughout the UK

The office is now closed until 12th August. We are on our annual holidays.

Over the last few weeks we have had a number of bookings and queries from customers, we thought we would try and put a few here to help:

Q - Do you carry dogs?
A - Yes we do, however if the dog is a medium/large size then they travel in the rear of our estate car for their own safety, small “lap dogs” can travel in the rear seats with passengers as long as they are on your lap or in a soft crate.

Q - Do you charge extra for dogs?
A - No, there is no surcharge for them.

Q - What payment methods do you accept?
A - We take Cash or Card payment, on longer runs we also accept payment by bank transfer

Q - How many can you carry in your cab?
A - Our licence covers us for 4 passengers, if there are more then we can do 2 journeys. We cannot put someone in the boot (yes we do get asked) as it invalidates our insurance, breaks the terms of our licence and is illegal.
