Bond Taxi and car hire, Hatherleigh

Hello everyone! Ash here from the Bond taxi team, last year I went on a roadtrip in a retired taxi all the way through Denmark! And had a blast on the autobahn in Germany.

This year I thought I would do a little challenge and raise money for a charity that I have done many fundraisers and tough mudder challenges for over my years! Help for heroes!

The challenge is simple, see as much of Europe as possible and go to the best places within the budget! Which for this trip is the average price for a week in Cornwall (around £2000) and in a retired taxi again, this time in our old Chevrolet 7 seater.

Now here's the fun part, I would like you to guess where I will drive to in Europe with a screenshot of Google maps and if you are able to donate to a good cause the link is in this post to donate through Facebook!

URGENTLY HIRING!

We are urgently recruiting a school contract driver for one of our contracts!
20 hours per week
12 weeks off per year (school holidays)
Salary £12k + pension + personal use of car (£15.79 per hour rough equivalent)
paid monthly
Overtime rate is £16.21 per hour either in the taxi or one of our wedding cars

MAY HAVE TO DRIVE WITH AN ES**RT this would involve picking up or meeting with an adult to sit in the car and look after any children with higher care needs

Will need to pass a few tests to ensure safety and wellbeing of children! Including driving test, health test and DBs checks

This is during school term times and the children need consistency in their driver, so would need to commit to not taking time of during term time.

This particular contract starts at 7 am and finishs at 9 am and starts at 3pm to be home by 5pm

you get a car from us with reasonable personal use, just add fuel for your personal journeys (much cheaper than running your own vehicle)

Other work may be available and is paid at £16.21 per hour

Please note that lead time to employment can vary depending on DBS background checks etc.

Just putting the feelers out to hire a mobile service technician (cars)

We like keeping our vehicles in a condition that they are ready to drive to anywhere in Europe and back! With our fleet expanding we need assistance to keep maintenance completed on time every time! And we would like to take this same strive towards excellence to customers cars!

Based in our Okehampton workshop, you will collect the work van (to be acquired depending on applicants age) and perform routine maintenance and repairs on customers cars at home or work with the utmost attention to safety utilising axle stands on firm ground all the time and mats to protect the environment from any spillages.

Ideally looking for a level 3 qualification in motor vehicle maintenance, polite and courteous at all times!

Most importantantly must know where the 10mm is at all times!

Wage £28-34k per year + performance based bonus and all the usual benefits of employment.
