🚚 A little update from Smith & Co Moves!

We’ve finally got our van sign-written, and we’re really happy with how it’s turned out!

It’s great to see our name on the road, and with two vans now available, we’re looking forward to keeping busy and taking on more jobs.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who’s supported us so far. Whether you’ve used our services, recommended us or shared our page, we really appreciate it!

If you see us out and about, give us a wave! 👋

And if you’re planning a move or need anything collected or delivered, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

🐾 Moving house with pets?

Something that can easily get overlooked on moving day is how stressful it can be for your pets.

There’s a lot going on, people coming in and out, doors left open while we’re loading, furniture being moved and loads of unfamiliar noise.

A few things that can make it easier:

🐶 If you can, get a friend or family member to look after them while the move is happening. If not, keeping them in a quiet room away from everything going on is probably the safest option.

📦 Keep their food, bowls, leads, medication and a favourite toy somewhere separate so they don’t accidentally end up packed away on the van.

🚪 Make sure they’re secure while the team is loading. We’ll be in and out of the property quite a lot, so it’s always worth letting us know where your pets are as well.

🏡 When you get to the new house, give them a bit of time. Set up their bed and a few familiar things first and let them explore when they’re ready.

📍 And once you’re settled, remember to update their microchip, vet, ID tag and insurance details with the new address.

Just a few little things that can make moving day that bit easier for everyone. 🐾

This one meant a little bit more to me.

When I started Smith & Co Moves, the goal was always to keep growing, take on bigger jobs and build a company that people could trust. Completing our first office relocation feels like another step in that direction.

The team put in a proper shift on this one. We carefully protected the monitors and equipment, dismantled the large meeting table, moved the furniture, files and boxes, and got everything safely over to the new office.

Looking back at the office before we started and then seeing it completely cleared at the end was a proud moment.

A massive thank you to the customer for trusting us with their relocation and giving Smith & Co Moves the opportunity.

Our first office move, and hopefully the first of many. 🙏🏾🚚

What a move this was! 🏡🚚

We had the pleasure of moving our customer from one beautiful home to another, and honestly, both properties were absolutely stunning.

It was a busy day for the Smith & Co Moves team, with plenty to get through, including protecting furniture, dismantling and reassembling beds, loading and making sure everything arrived safely at the new home.

The team worked hard, everything went smoothly and we finished the job with another happy customer and a 5-star recommendation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you for choosing Smith & Co Moves and trusting us with your belongings. We hope you enjoy your beautiful new home!
