Job Expectations:

Provide a quality service at all times to meet the customer's requirements
Be polite and courteous to the customer at all times
Ask the supervisor if you have any questions
Follow and complete instructions exactly
Load, secure, unload customer goods onto and off the vehicle.
Handle goods, including packing, unpacking and installation carefully and skilfully.
Ensure the packing materials are left neat and tidy and well stocked at the end of each job.
Be flexible with early starts and late finishes as reasonably requested by Operations
Complete all necessary paperwork in full in accordance with specific jobs, including consignment notes and timecards.
You the Applicant:

have a traceable satisfactory work record with recent checkable references
do not have a criminal record
have previous removals, loading and portering experience
can start immediately, uniform is provided
are a good team player
are able to speak and read English
have good communication skills, customer skills and are customer focused
have your own transport to and from yard, would suit someone local
have a good sense of humour
have a positive attitude to flexible working
are prepared for overnight stops away from home, with night out subsistence
have or will be prepared to undergo basic health and safety training
are prepared to participate in company training activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Uk driving licence2 years +
• Porter & packing experience 2 years +
