Public announcement: Island closing at 14:00 Sunday 27 September.

Due to poor sea conditions, the ferry boats will not be able to operate after the causeway closes at 14:00.

The last entry to the castle will be at 13:00. If you have a ticket booked after 13:00 please arrive before the last entry.

If this means you can no longer visit, you can use your existing tickets before Friday 2nd October and there is no need to rebook or let us know.

We are sorry if this means you cannot visit. Any tickets that are not used will be refunded in full automatically.

We are a tidal island that is governed by the forces of nature and sometimes those elements work against us. We hope to be able to welcome you onto St Michael’s Mount soon.
