Have you done your age verification before purchasing tickets for the return to school?

Did you know? Child tickets purchased through the Plymouth Bus app now need a quick age verification before they can be used. 📱✅

The good news is it's a one-off check. Once verified, you can continue buying child tickets without needing to do it again.

To verify, you'll just need a form of ID such as:
🪪 Passport
📜 Birth Certificate
💳 Citizen Card

💡 Top tip: Don't leave it until the day you travel. Verification can take up to 48 hours, so it's best to get it sorted in advance.
