Manchester Airport Customer Update

We would like to sincerely apologise for the severe delays and congestion currently affecting the Terminal 2 West drop-off and pick-up area, which is now handling the vast majority of our passengers.

Due to significant traffic queues on the approach roads, entry times are currently taking between 30 to 45 minutes. We recognise that this causes considerable frustration and stress for both our drivers and passengers.

Limited Waiting Facilities:
Please note that there are no designated waiting areas provided nearby.

Car Park Time Restrictions:
The standard car park allocation allows a maximum of 15 minutes. To avoid exceeding this limit and incurring penalties, drivers are advised not to enter the car park until passengers have collected their luggage and are ready for immediate pickup.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve these logistical challenges.
