Time to do some soul searching i think, decisions to be made

So early hours of this morning was a first for me

Driving along Selby bypass early hours this morning on way home, noticed someone in dark clothing on foot, i pulled over to see if they were ok, young man was trying to get to Breighton, no money and quite distressed and temperature at 0.5 degrees, looked on Google maps nearly 3 hours on foot and the route wasn't exactly safe for someone to walk that distance, safeguarding instinct kicked in so I told the young man to get in the taxi and I would take him home, no charge as someone's safety and knowing he got home safely was reward enough
