Established in 1994, Courier Logistics started with two small ageing vans and one big ambition to succeed. Customers were gained and retained through consistently high levels of professional service and value for money. With year on year growth, we now employ over 100 staff and have a turnover in excess of £10 million

The original directors/shareholders still play an active role in the day to day

operations of running the business. Our M.D Nick Cusworth is based at our head office in Rotherham, whilst Ian Crossley is located in Bradford. Some use us daily, some weekly and some just occasionally but each one is just as important to us. Our vision for the future is to increase our customer base whilst maintaining a personal service and meeting our “on time, every time” commitment to collection and delivery.

Not all of them will pick up the phone when something goes wrong.

Our same-day service will still be available for anything urgent, and we'll be back to full collections and deliveries on Tuesday morning as normal.

One month. Five services. 161,776 consignments.

→ 148,776 parcels through The APC across Rotherham and Bradford
→ 10,626 pallet consignments via Pallet-Track 4,203 tonnes moved
→ 2,298 same-day jobs, 1,471 of them for the NHS
→ 492 orders picked and shipped through Cella Storage
→ 77 international shipments across 18 countries

25 new customers onboarded. 125 UK postcode areas reached. 5,932 tonnes moved in a single month.

That's parcels, pallets, urgent deliveries, warehousing, and international freight, all managed in one place, by one team.

International shipping can be complicated.

Customs documentation. Unexpected costs. Delays with no explanation. Regulations that change without warning. And when something does go wrong, getting a straight answer from someone who actually knows what they're talking about can feel impossible.

Earth Day 2026 🌍

In logistics, there’s no single fix when it comes to sustainability.
It comes down to how you run the operation day in, day out.

For us, everything sits under one programme → CarbonLITE.

It brings together the changes we’re making across the business to reduce our impact and emissions over time.

That includes:

→ Increasing our use of HVO fuel across the fleet year on year
→ Investing in more efficient vehicles, including electric and hybrid options
→ Using electric forklifts and improving energy use across our sites, including solar
→ Continuously improving route planning to reduce unnecessary mileage
→ Supporting environmental projects through Ecologi, including funding 6,500+ trees

In 2025 alone, fuel changes helped us save ~498 tonnes of CO₂.

There isn’t a single solution in this industry.
Real progress comes from improving every part of the operation.
