Currently loitering professionally at Heathrow Airport Terminal 2 for the final run back to Ruskington. 🫡🇬🇧

Some live entertainment at Heathrow Airport this morning… 🎭🚚✈️

Not entirely sure what the game plan was here from the artic driver… 3-point turn on a one way section? New airport drop-off shortcut? Delivery of Heathrow’s new baggage tractors? 🤷‍♂️😂

Caused a bit of a hold up… free entertainment included in the drop-off fee apparently. 🎟️✈️

Only a 12 hour wait now for my next Heathrow customers to land 😭😭😭 queue the pink fluffy eye mask and plenty of doomscrolling…. 💀📱😅

We’re pretty much locking bookings down a week at a time, so if you’re not pre-booked, it’s tougher than getting into the Phoenix Club on a Friday night! 🕺👩‍🦽‍➡️🪩 😅

🚨🚖🎭 MOVE OVER BAFTAs… THERE’S A BIGGER EVENT IN BOSTON 👀🚖🚨

J2B Taxi will be CLOSED this Saturday (and most of Sunday) due to an important red carpet commitment… 🎬🏆👀

We’ll be attending the North Kyme FC end-of-season awards ceremony at the Zhu Guang Cantonese Restaurant. 🇨🇳🥡⚽

In the same week as the Tv BAFTAs, the awards nights just keep coming… Apologies for any inconvenience… but opportunities to hang out with local Sunday football royalty don’t come around every day. 🍾👑😂😜

🚖 Taxi Driver Games – Level: Expert 🎮🔑

Anyone else play little games in their head to stay entertained whilst at work… or is it just me? 😅

My current favourite is “How far from home before they start rummaging for their keys”.

Most people?
👉 2 minutes from home
👉 Maybe the last set of traffic lights

BUT…

🏆 NEW RECORD BROKEN 🏆
Keys were out and ready at Black Cat Roundabout… That’s OVER AN HOUR FROM HOME 🤯😂

At that point I’m just impressed.
That’s commitment.
That’s planning.
That’s elite-level key readiness.

10/10 performance. Would drive again 👏🚖

Split shift Sunday ✈️😴✈️

8:30am this morning headed to Birmingham Airport… and now at East Midlands with customers landing at 1am 👀 🚖🌙

Got to love a “day” where there’s 18 hours between the first pickup and the last drop-off, great planning! 🤣

Managed to squeeze in a well-needed siesta this afternoon 😴👌 and now currently doing laps of the service station trying to get my steps in before the pickup 🚶‍♂️😂

Sort of got a day off tomorrow, I mean today, back ready for a 3am pickup tomorrow (Tuesday)…
