We have been made aware by some customers that there is a APP with the same name as us where you can book and pay for a taxi. This company is based in Dagenham but will still accept your job and take your money but won’t pick you up.

Your booking IS NOT with us and will not be in our system.

As of today it is required by law that all passengers must wear a face covering unless medically exempt or under the age of 11. Please don’t take offence when our drivers ask you to wear a mask as they are the ones who are fined if you are caught breaking the goverment requirements. They can refuse travel if you are non compliant with their request. Thank you for your understanding 😊😊

There is a power outage in London where our servers are based. Unfortunately this means our booking and dispatching systems are down. They are working hard to get us back up and going ASAP. I will update on here when this is complete.

We at Viking Cars are COVID-19 Ready. We Have made changes to keep both you and our drivers safe.

As of today all of our vehicles have been fitted with plastic screens to separate drivers from passengers.

All passengers will be required to sit in the back of the vehicle.

Drivers will clean the handles/ seat belts with antibacterial wipes after each journey.

Contactless payments encouraged up to £45.00

Drivers will still assist you with shopping/luggage practicing social distancing
