So today had a phone call from a lovely lady called Pat.
Who we transported on Sunday to a family get together in Leicester. So she rang to say what an amazing service we had provided which is always nice to hear feedback. But more importantly what a pleasure our driver was and such a great gentleman. This was such a pleasure that someone has taken the time to ring us and tell us this. All our drivers do receive compliments on a regular basis but this one today was just that bit more special. To our driver John who we have already had a discussion with about this, thank you. Your a credit to us as are all our staff. You know your all appreciated.
