Just a little bit of Bon Voyage history for anyone who may not knowβ¦ π
Bon Voyage is, and always has been, a completely independent, family-run business.
We have no connection to, ownership by, or involvement with any other taxi firm. Bon Voyage started with one taxi driver, one car and a dream, and from those small beginnings it has grown into the company you see today.
When you book with Bon Voyage, your booking stays with Bon Voyage. You get a Bon Voyage vehicle and a Bon Voyage driver. We do not outsource our work to other taxi companies, and our bookings, vehicles, drivers and day-to-day operations are all managed through Bon Voyage.
We also always try to keep the business local. We are a local company, employing local people and doing our best to provide reliable local transport for the communities around us.
Like any growing local business, there are times when demand is higher than the number of vehicles we have available. If we weren't genuinely independent, that probably wouldn't be something we'd have to deal with β but we are. We would rather be honest about demand than simply pass work elsewhere and pretend it is still being provided by us.
If Bon Voyage ever expands further in the future, it will be done properly. We will always make sure we have the supply to meet the demand before stretching ourselves too far.
At the end of the day, we're simply a local business doing everything we can to provide local people with local transport as efficiently, reliably and professionally as possible.
Weβre also proud to be a genuinely family-run business, from the team answering the phones and running the desk right through to the director.
We donβt normally feel the need to post things like this, but with a few rumours and bits of misinformation doing the rounds recently, we thought it was worth setting the record straight.
We know exactly where Bon Voyage came from, weβre proud of what weβve built, and weβre even more excited about where weβre going.
Independent. Family run. Local. Bon Voyage.ππ
