My issue isnt quite like the picture but that also happens to us taxi drivers plenty of times too..The thing people dont realise is when you book a taxi nobody else gets that time slot that phones me after you have booked my taxi...this morning a woman books taxi for 1150pm I give courtesy call at 1115pm to confirm the pickup as its over in Dalry...yes she still wants taxi...I leave in plenty of time and as I approach Dalry she calls to cancel...WTFπ‘π€¬
What if roles were reversed and I dont appear..you wouldn't like it...and i would probably get some sort of complaint or bad review...but I have to take the hit when you cancel 10mins before pickup...well I wonder how people would feel if I named and shamed them.
