As we head towards the end of our summer season tours and we look back and reflect it’s been a very busy season for Saltire with us completing 19 tours varying from 5 to 12 days in length. We have met and made great new friends along the way visited new places and had new adventures.

And we’re off again. This time starting off up the east coast to St Andrews. A walking tour of the old course followed by wh**ky tasking at Kingsbarns distillery.
At this point my jokes and stories seem to be funnier 🤔 note to myself change water for wh**ky in the vehicle 🥃👍

So back to me think we’re on tour no 11 for the season. Mix bag of weather so far but my guests from Michigan are loving our country. The views and seafood to die for am told ( oh I know 😉😋🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿).
Tomorrow we’re off towards west coast for sea safari’s and wh**ky tasting.

It’s been a busy month of May for saltire as I complete another tour with arlene still on tour.
My guests have witnessed everything Scottish weather has to offer from 30 degrees at the fairy pools on Skye to 13 degrees blowing a hoolie and horizontal rain crossing on the mallaig ferry.
That said Ave converted them into millionaire shortbread lovers and expanded their love of wh**ky.
Safe travels home to Chicago. I look forward to meeting you all again.

It was a bit wild on our crossing yesterday from Skye. Today tho not a breath of wind ideal for our excursion seal and puffin hunting.

And I am off again this time in glorious weather and long may it continue.
Mmmm chocolate to start the day 😋😋 and I worked my way north through Perthshire a stop at sun kissed Pitlochry before continuing to Inverness.
Heading to Skye tomorrow with a few castles, boat trips a hunt for Nessie just to keep the young members of our family on their toes.

Last day before I travel home tomorrow. 10 days away and we’ve encountered every weather condition Scotland has to offer. With great company we’ve enjoyed the glorious sights of Scotland and had great laughs along the way.

4th day into my 12 day tour and finally weather does Scotland proud.
Starting in Oban and up into Glencoe before back to guests hotel in Oban again. With a full day boating tomorrow for guests gives saltire sometime to explore new venues in the area for the future.
