Employee of the Month: Congratulations, Rich Hill!

We’re pleased to recognise Rich Hill for an exceptional month of performance and leadership.

As the lead of our HGV department, Rich has driven a consistent increase in workload while maintaining excellent utilisation levels across the team. His focus, organisation, and steady approach have made a real difference to day-to-day operations.

A particular highlight has been his instrumental support in successfully onboarding our new customer, Seqens, helping ensure a smooth transition and strong start to the partnership.

Combined with strong commercial results throughout the month, these achievements make Rich a thoroughly deserving recipient of this month’s award.

Last Mile Logistic Solutions was proud to be represented by Paul Lambert and Olly Ashton at the annual Stockton Kia Charity Golf Day at Teesside Golf Club.

We're delighted to hear that an incredible £2,762 was raised for the Eman Foundation 's Clean Water Project, supporting an extremely worthwhile cause and helping make a real difference to communities in need.

A huge well done to Chris and Jenny who took part in the 100 Miles in May challenge, and thank you to Jane for presenting the donation on behalf of the team. It’s fantastic to see how small efforts and regular contributions can make a real difference.

Today we want to say a massive thank you to Last Mile Logistic Solutions. Members of their team recently took on the challenge to walk 100 miles in May, and Jane popped in on Wednesday to hand over the £240 raised.

Back in 2024 the company became our first monthly standing order sponsor, and this month they will have contributed £1000 in total since October 2024 on top of the above! Small monthly contributions really do add up and help ensure we can continue to offer our services free of charge to anyone in need.
