I haven’t posted recently and we have gained again a lot more followers.
So to all the new followers we have, a big welcome to you all 👋
We are think pink taxi and we operate day and night for all of your needs whether it be local travel, hen parties, stag parties, weddings, airport travel, or your going on a cruise and need to get to the port we have you covered for everything.
My name is Jade and I started think pink taxi a year ago now. 🚕 I will always be your first point of contact when you message, phone or email and your also highly likely to get called hun, sweety or bbes because that’s just me 😂😂 I have tried to reign that in but I still have the odd slip up so apologies there, my bubbly personality gets rather carried away at times and runs away with me lol 😂 (I think most of my regulars know me by now to be honest) we now have quite a few drivers due to think pink growing a lot quicker than expected, my drivers are absolutely brilliant and they all work extremely hard and I appreciate them greatly as I know you guys do too 😊 I try to make the booking process as easy and as pleasant as possible for everyone and provide you with the cost for the job so you are aware when booking (it saves any agg for yourself and the drivers) ♥️♥️♥️so thank you all for your custom and for continually supporting us all 💋

So this last week has involved contact with quite a few new customers and bookings which is amazing and of course the customers we already have and know ♥️♥️ again I would like to thank everybody for their continued support it’s hugely appreciated.

I would also just like to just say I aim to contact people back as quickly as possible but sometimes I’m driving, or I’m in a bad signal area so sometimes it’s not as quick as normal. I do have two children myself and I also do have things I have to do myself during the day etc so please bare with me I’m normally pretty quick but sometimes it may take me a little longer than normal to reply. I’m one person unfortunately on the phone, yes I have many drivers but I am the person who personally deals with the phone calls, the emails, the what’s apps, the Facebook messages, messages on next door and I also do the quotes and book the jobs in and allocate the drivers to jobs. I also deal with other taxi companies aswell who need help because they have been left short last minute to make sure people don’t get left anywhere so believe me when I say it is a lot of hard work doing it all and a lot of organising and pressure at times that goes on behind the scenes.

Also please be advised we are very busy so unless you actually book the day and time in with myself for the taxi at the first point of contact with myself, I can’t always promise you that when you do then want to book it in maybe some weeks or months later, that we will then have availability for it. The bookings will always take priority because they have been booked in and drivers have been allocated. I do my upmost to try and help everybody but sometimes that’s just not possible. As a taxi company it isn’t just local collections or pick ups it is all over the uk so the drivers can be anywhere, and it isn’t just 9-5 its day and night so sometimes it’s not always possible for me to be able to do last minute bookings due to the locations of drivers or because they have been out throughout the night so then they need to have sleep. I will not have my drivers working themselves silly with no down time because it is dangerous for them and also for the customers. I have respect for all my drivers and appreciate all that they do for the business and for you as customers and trust me it isn’t always easy driving 7 odd hour round trips so therefore I will never put them in positions where they could be to over worked, or tired because that wouldn’t benefit anybody at all so some days I may have a couple less drivers due to them having downtime or them having holidays etc but I will always do my best to help you where I can.

So as some of you may know last night we wasn’t available for as many taxis as normal due to it being our daughters prom, well this was her last night absolutely stunning and so proud, obviously it has nothing to do with taxis but I’m going to put this here anyway just because of being a proud parent 😍♥️♥️♥️ please feel free to share your proud parent prom pics too 😍😍

A lovely review from another customer ♥️♥️ no matter what I will always try my upmost to get you home ♥️ we would never want to see anybody stranded especially a women and young child, so I was determined to make sure I could help her no matter what, so with some calls and manoeuvring around i managed to do it without effecting any other bookings, because making sure people get home safely is the most important thing 💋 luckily I have an amazing team of drivers that are always willing to help and go the extra mile for our customers too☺️

So we have gained a lot more followers recently and also the reviews are still coming in ♥️♥️ I cannot thank people enough for constantly recommending our services and for using our services it’s hugely appreciated. I started this as a lone soldier and wasn’t expecting too much but that has now turned into a team of 6 drivers, an app with all jobs on for drivers (with all their own colours obviously 😂) because for anyone that knows me they know I like to keep it pretty and fully organised lol and not only that but the fleet of cars and bigger cars and 8 seater mini bus along with it to be able to provide everybody with the options they need or require for whatever event it may be for. ♥️♥️
Also just so everyone is aware we have all car seats available from newborn up to booster seats so if you require these please advise at the time of booking and how many are required ♥️

We now have a driver that is based in Hadleigh for anyone requiring taxis in that area to save having to pay dead mileage charges from stowmarket etc.

We are growing now with 5 drivers currently on board for all your taxi needs.

Can I please ask people to refrain from contacting our drivers directly to do jobs, yes they are all self employed but they get supplied the jobs through me and work for me and get the full payment amount for each job that you as customers pay. But it makes the drivers feel awkward when being asked as they have loyalty to myself and I don’t take any cut from the drivers whatsoever and if you require a specific driver you are able to request this at the time of the booking. 🙏

Also just to highlight we have female and male drivers but only trusted people who are known to ourselves. So we don’t just do taxis for females everybody is welcome. I called it think pink because as a girl I set it up and wanted women to know it was a female involved (and pink is my fave colour 😂) I will always be everybody’s first point of contact on the phone or email or via what’s app as I deal with all the enquiries, quotes and bookings for all jobs and the person that follows them all through.

Sorry if I’ve been a bit slower with replies it was my youngest daughter’s 13th birthday this weekend so have been busy doing things all about her as you do lol 😂 so emails were a bit delayed in response the ones that were for future bookings but now all replied to and sorted. But you have still kept me busy and the drivers completed all their taxis you all required so all in all another successful week and weekend.
And how scary to say this but I already have four bookings for New Year’s Eve this year 😮
