'Hello

I have just received a delivery from Slade's Garden and Building Supplies via yourselves.

I would just like to say big thanks to your driver (I am sorry didn't get his name) who made our delivery under difficult conditions, narrow road that he had to reserve back along for a long distance and poor quality pallets that the load was strapped to.

He rang ahead to alert me to his imminent arrival, was friendly, efficient and positioned the pallets (heavy pavers) just as we needed them in the driveway.
