This is an email that came in from a happy customer last week:

'Hi there , this isn't sales enquiry I just wanted to get in touch about a delivery (specifically the driver) which happened today.

Please can you just pass on my thanks to the driver and can you also acknowledge what a lovely and helpful man he is.

It was chucking it down with rain and my delivery had no wrapping on it , so he got the little bit he had left in his cab and wrapped some of the pallet.

I couldn't get it all indoors (due to weight) , so it was going to be sat there all day until this evening.

That guy (sorry didnt catch his name) , didn't have to do what he did , in the rain , but he did it anyway without me even asking. Absolute gem of a driver you have there and a great face for your company!'
