A lot of New phc/taxi businesses have opened up in the area this season so I thought I’d just remind everyone that Dp private hire is still very much in full operation and has been since Nov 2015.

Someone asked me today was I still operating which I thought was very odd considering how busy I am .
Just too put the records straight I’ve never gone away and don’t expect to in the foreseeable future.
I’ve just replaced my 8 seater ford tourneo with a brand new 8 seater Renault minibus and I’m ready to go.

Out with the old and in with the new.
hopefully getting a new minibus will be more cost effective and keep fare prices to a bare minimum.

Soaring petrol/Diesel prices!!!

Dear customers,
Due to the ever soaring diesel prices at the pumps
its left me with no option but to raise my local private hire rates from today.
Anyone calling looking for a Tain internal run will now be charged from my home base to cover the dead miles travelled something I’ve never charged for in my 14 years trading
My business simply cannot sustain the high diesel costs on shorter runs at the moment I hope you understand that this will be for a short term only until petrol and diesel cost start to reduce dramatically.
There is some good news though
Transfers out with Tain will stay unchanged.
I hope you understand that the shorter pickups are the ones that cost my company the most to run.
And by doing this will keep Dp private hires wheels turning.
