TIME AND HALF WILL BE CHARGED AT 1200 MIDNIGHT UNTIL 600 AM

8 SEATER BOOKINGS WILL STILL BE CHARGED TIME AND HALF.

Please book your taxi well in advance to avoid disappointment. We have a shortage of taxi drivers in tamworth due to the so called covid. Hopefully new drivers will be able to get badged and plated soon. We are all trying our best.

Tamworth taxis require a Telephonist/Base operator for weekends. We are a rapidly growing company who are passionate about customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves on providing a quality and reliable service for our customers.

As an operator, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and dispatching work to drivers.

You will need the following skills:

Excellent telephone manner

Confident communicator

Good customer service skills

Good local knowledge

Experience with Autocab booking and dispatch system would be advantageous, but not essential as full training will be given.
