A call came in from some distressed parents who had broken down at Taunton Services. Their recovery company couldn’t get to them until tomorrow, so they gave us a call.

Ninety minutes after that first phone call, they were safely back home in Bude.

Sometimes, being a taxi service is about much more than getting people from A to B. It’s about being there when people need a helping hand, especially when they’re stranded miles from home.

After dropping them off safely, we treated ourselves to a quick ice cream… and just 15 minutes later, we were rewarded with this incredible sunset. 🌅🍦

Days like these remind us why we love what we do. Helping people, making a difference, and getting them home safely. Thank you to everyone who trusts us when it matters most. ❤️

A trip over to Minehead today, taking some customers to Butlin’s for a well-earned break! 🚖🌊

Today’s dispatch update is… well… making waves 🌊🚕

One of our drivers appears to have taken the “direct route” to the Isle of Wight… straight across the water. Either the sat nav has finally had enough, or we’ve officially upgraded to amphibious vehicles without telling anyone.

In all seriousness, it’s just another example of how far we’ll go for our customers… even if that means looking slightly lost in the middle of the sea 🤣

Rest assured, no drivers were actually sailing today (as far as we know), and all journeys are running smoothly… just maybe not quite that smoothly.
