We’re looking for a reliable, organised, and customer-focused Taxi Controller to help manage bookings, dispatch drivers, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Answer customer calls and booking enquiries
✅ Dispatch jobs efficiently to drivers
✅ Monitor vehicle movements and schedules
✅ Handle customer service issues professionally
✅ Work closely with drivers and management

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Good communication skills
✔ Ability to stay calm under pressure
✔ Computer literacy and attention to detail
✔ Previous taxi dispatch or transport experience preferred (but training can be provided)
✔ Flexible approach to shift work

ACs Taxis & Coaches is looking for a professional and reliable Experienced Coach Driver to join our growing team.

We operate a modern fleet ranging from executive vehicles to full-size coaches and provide transport services for tours, private hires, corporate events, schools, airport transfers, and special events throughout Scotland and the UK.

Requirements:

✔ Valid PCV (Category D) Licence
✔ Current Driver CPC Qualification Card
✔ Digital Tachograph Card
✔ Excellent customer service skills
✔ Smart appearance and professional attitude
✔ Good knowledge of Scotland’s road network
✔ Experience driving coaches preferred

Responsibilities:

* Operating coaches safely and professionally
* Delivering excellent customer service
* Conducting daily vehicle checks
* Maintaining compliance with drivers’ hours and transport regulations
* Representing ACS Taxis & Coaches to the highest standard
